Whole Body Birth and Baby program

Classes cover anatomy/physiology, labor and birth, comfort measures, movement, stretching and strengthening, nutrition, pelvic health, breast/chest feeding, postpartum, and life with your new baby. $275 price includes pregnant person plus support person/partner. scholarships available as needed.
